Nikki is a litigation executive who specialises in claims arising from road traffic collisions, including accidents involving motorcyclists, car drivers, car passengers and pedestrians. She has experience of claims involving the Motor Insurers Bureau under both their Uninsured and Untraced Schemes.
Nikki also has experience of dealing with claims arising from accidents at work.

- Securing damages of over £14,000 for a claimant who suffered a moderately severe whiplash injury to her neck resulting in permanent symptoms.
- Damages of over £6,000 for a claimant suffering whiplash injury to neck and lower back.
- Securing damages of £5,528 for a claimant suffering injury to her neck and shoulder and ankle following road traffic collision.
- Agreeing an award of £4,150 for a claimant who suffered injury to his neck and shoulder.
- Successfully advising claimant in relation to a claim under the MIB Uninsured Driver's Agreement and securing damages of £3,550 for a fractured toe
