Funding
There are a number of possible ways your claim could be funded:
(i) We may agree to run your claim on a 'no-win, no-fee' basis (also known as a 'Conditional Fee Agreement'). If we do offer this, we will normally charge a 'success fee' if your claim is successful.
(ii) You may have legal expenses insurance either as an extension to a motor insurance or home contents policy or as a stand-alone legal expenses policy.
(iii) You may choose to be personally responsible for our charges and expenses.
(iv) If you are a member of a trade union or trade association such as the NFU you may be entitled to free legal advice. Some employers provide legal costs insurance cover for employees.
